Enrollment Procedures
As a first step we invite you to visit Weekday Children's Center to observe the program in action and to answer any questions regarding your child's participation. Please call Weekday (630-355-5495) to arrange a suitable time.
In order to ensure that your child can be accommodated for the days and hours of your choice, you are encouraged to register as early as possible by submitting the Enrollment Form and Registration Fee. Prior to your child's first day of attendance, you are require to provide a signed Enrollment Agreement and a Child Medical Form, with results of a tuberculosis test, lead screening and record of immunizations, completed and signed by an Illinois-licensed physician no more than six months prior to the admission date.
School Age and Full Day Child Care programs require a two week tuition deposit.
Grades 1-5
Weekday tuition varies by schedule. Children may attend before- and after-school, or after-school only, 2-5 days per week. Rates begin at $103 per week.
School breaks and Summer Camp are available at weekly or daily rates.
