Fees and Tuition School Age Child Care
School Age Child Care provides care after school for children in kindergarten through fifth grade to meet the needs of working families. Transportation is provided from selected local schools at 10:45 a.m. for morning kindergarteners and 2:30 p.m. for children in grades 1-5.
Expanded activities are offered on full days off school. Care and meals are provided 7 a.m.-6 p.m. for district-wide days off provided the child usually attends on that day.
Enrollment Procedures In order to ensure that your child can be accommodated for the days and hours of your choice, you are encouraged to register as early as possible by submitting the Enrollment Form and Registration Fee. The following items must be furnished prior to your child's first day of attendance: 1. Signed Enrollment and Transportation Agreements, which will be sent to you upon receipt of your Enrollment Form. 2. A Child Medical Form, with results of a tuberculosis test, lead screening and record of immunizations, completed and signed by an Illinois-licensed physician. 3. A two-week tuition deposit. 4. Tuition payment for the first week.
Registration Fee:
Tuition includes early morning cereal, lunch (every day for kindergartners and on “no school days” for school-agers), afternoon snack, and transportation daily. It also includes morning snack and care on early dismissal days, conference days, and minor school holidays. This is for the school year only. The summer program and winter and spring breaks are separate programs for school age children. Tuition is not charged during those times unless you register for them separately.
Weekday tuition varies by schedule. Children may attend before- and after-school, or after-school only, 2-5 days per week. Rates begin at $103 per week.
