Enrollment Procedures
As a first step we invite you to visit Weekday Children's Center to observe the program in action and to answer any questions regarding your child's participation. Please call Weekday (630-355-5495) to arrange a suitable time.

In order to ensure that your child can be accommodated for the days and hours of your choice, you are encouraged to register as early as possible by submitting the Enrollment Form and Registration Fee.

The following items must be furnished prior to your child's first day of attendance:

1. Signed Enrollment Agreements,
which will be sent to you upon
receipt of your Enrollment Form.

2. A Child Medical Form, with results of a tuberculosis test, lead screening and record of immunizations, completed and signed by an Illinois-licensed physician no more than six months prior to the admission date.

3. A two-week tuition deposit.

4. Tuition payment for the first week.

Full Day Preschool provides care on a half-day or full-day basis for children 3 -5 years of age to meet the needs of working families. The Center is open 7 a.m. - 6 p.m. To see a typical day for a FDCC child, click here.

Fees and Tuition

Registration Fee:
Grace Church members.................$60.00
Community members......................$75.00

Weekly tuition varies by schedule.  Full- and part-time schedules are available.

Rates begin at $96.00 per week.
